We understand that cancelling an appointment is sometimes unavoidable.
That is why at Pure Hands Massage you can cancel up to 2 hours prior to your clinic appointment. However for home-visits,
we need you to cancel the day before. See below.
Clinic appointments
If you cannot make an appointment then you must let Henry know by phone at least 2 hours before the appointment.
This will allow us to alert our waiting list. If you fail to do so you will be charged 100% of the full amount.
Home-visit appointments
If you cannot make an appointment then
you must let Henry know by phone at least the day before your appointment. If you fail to do so you will be charged
50% of the full amount.
