We understand that cancelling an appointment is sometimes unavoidable. That is why at Pure Hands Massage you can cancel up to 2 hours prior to your clinic appointment. However for home-visits, we need you to cancel the day before. See below.

Clinic appointments

If you cannot make an appointment then you must let Henry know by phone at least 2 hours before the appointment. This will allow us to alert our waiting list. If you fail to do so you will be charged 100% of the full amount.
